Welcome to the site for Small Town
Oklahoma. My research and photo
collections started with Asher and, while that remains my focus, I have since
I've expanded to include some other towns and cities. While what is
considered a "small town" is pretty diverse--there's everything from
Sacred Heart to Shawnee on here-- every town featured still has a "small town feel" in
one way or another.
This site will serve as a portal
for the other sites and Flickr photo collections. It will grow as the
expansion continues. If you're visiting the site for the
first time, you may want to start with the Flickr Photo
Galleries (see below), or if you're interested in particular town, jump to its
personal web-site.
I hope you'll participate in the
site. Leave a comment about a photo in the Flickr photo
collections, donate a picture or other item, or
just join the mailing list and stay on top of updates. Enjoy!
